Terms of Service for Infinite CRS

Welcome to Infinite CRS! By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service (ToS). These terms outline the rules and guidelines for using Infinite CRS, including our CRM, AI tools, analytics, social posting, and advertising services. Please read carefully.


1. Services Provided

Infinite CRS offers a range of services, including but not limited to:

Customer Relationship Management (CRM).AI-powered tools for automation and analytics.

Social posting and ad campaign management.

Certain ad services may be included with the platform. If these services are discontinued, the Infinite CRS platform will remain available at the current subscription pricing.


2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

Eligibility: There are no age or location restrictions for using Infinite CRS.

Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Infinite CRS can reset passwords upon request but will not provide existing login information.


3. Payment and Subscription Terms

Subscription Fees: Current fees will be stated at the time of opt-in. Pricing varies based on the services selected.

Refund Policy: Refunds are only issued for payments collected in error after cancellation. Refunds will not be provided for failure to cancel by the due date. Cancellation is the user’s responsibility

.Cancellation: Users can cancel their subscription via the platform’s settings or by submitting a cancellation request.


4. Data Ownership and Usage

Users own the data they input into the system.

Infinite CRS has the right to view data to ensure service functionality but will not sell or distribute user data.

Users must download their data before the cancellation date. Data will not be stored or accessible after cancellation.


5. Acceptable Use Policy

The system must not be used for spam, scams, or other illegal activities or sales.

Violations will result in immediate termination of service and potential reporting to the appropriate authorities.


6. Service Limitations and Responsibilities

Service will not continue if payment is not received.

Users are responsible for their own local connectivity issues or disruptions caused by external factors ("acts of God"). Infinite CRS will not be held liable for such disruptions

.Refunds will be provided if service interruptions caused by Infinite CRS are not resolved within three days.


7. Liability and Dispute Resolution

Infinite CRS is not liable for issues arising from third-party integrations.

Users may not file lawsuits against Infinite CRS unless there is proof of legal wrongdoing directly caused by an Infinite CRS employee.

In the event of disputes, users agree to resolve matters under the jurisdiction of U.S. law.


8. Support and Availability

Support Hours: Customer support is available from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Central Time.

Service Uptime: While uptime is not guaranteed, downtime is minimal and only occurs for maintenance, updates, or major upgrades.


9. Modifications to the Terms

Infinite CRS reserves the right to update or modify these terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via the platform or email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.


10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be handled under applicable U.S. jurisdiction.
